Our beautiful and well-organised residence is located in a charming corner of Gerakini on the Halkidiki peninsula and is surrounded by 7,000 m² of olive, orange and lemon trees.
In Villa Kalliopi, there are 15 pleasant apartments, which were built in 1989. The residence’s surroundings make it an ideal playing ground for children. The distance from the seashore is only 50 metres. Please note that Villa Kalliopi also offers you a car rental service from to either Thessaloniki or Chalkidiki.the essential facilities are just 300 metres away, including a supermarket, butcher shop, restaurants, taverns and pizzeria, whilst the distance from Thessaloniki is 75 km.
